COH- Department of Neighborhoods: Community Canvasser Program

Volunteer opportunity to assist the Department of Neighborhoods by joining the DON Community Canvasser Program. Join us in reaching out to neighbors, raising awareness about important issues, and fostering community engagement. Register today and you will be added to DON Community Canvasser Program contact log.

Volunteers will be required to view the Community Canvasser Program Training Manual Power Point which will illustrate how to properly and safely volunteer for DON Community Canvasser Program. (Training Manual will be emailed to volunteer) As canvasing volunteer opportunities are needed, the volunteer coordinator will reach out to volunteers that have registered.

Community Canvasser Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Register for Community Canvasser Program
• View the Community Canvasser Program Training Manual
• Complete waiver form
• Driving to canvassing locations
• Ability to work outdoors
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct
